About

Living with Mindfulness

A practice-led approach to well-being.

Living with Mindfulness is a Switzerland-based well-being practice helping individuals and organisations build habits that support long-term health, sustainable performance and more peaceful environments. We combine medical knowledge, practical coaching and hands-on experience to make well-being useful in everyday life. Based in Switzerland, we share our work internationally through workshops, consulting, events and practical resources.

Believe

Well-being should not feel abstract or inaccessible. We believe lasting change comes from practical, repeatable habits that respect the whole person: body, mind, environment and daily reality. Our approach is preventive, evidence-informed and human. It brings medical understanding together with movement, nutrition, recovery and mindful living.

Katharina Sophia Kiral, MD

Co-Founder & Medical Lead · Medical Doctor · Yoga Teacher · Pilates Instructor

Katharina Sophia Kiral is a medical doctor trained at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. During her medical education, she became increasingly aware of the distance between treating illness and helping people build the daily habits that support their overall well-being. Seeing patients return with challenges influenced by lifestyle, while clinical schedules left little space for preventive education, led her to explore a more integrative path.

Alongside medicine, Katharina trained as a yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. She currently works in a rehabilitation clinic in the Swiss Alps, where she practises within a multimodal therapeutic approach. Through Living with Mindfulness, she brings medical knowledge, scientific grounding and attentive delivery to the shared mission of making preventive health practical.

Nathan-Josias Boum

Co-Founder & Well-being Program Architect · Personal Trainer · Yoga Teacher

Nathan-Josias Boum is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and well-being program architect. During his service in the French Army as a sergeant, his instinct to lead with a human-centred approach encouraged him to leave the institution and build a path where he could learn, practise and share more mindful ways of living.

Nearly a decade in an international modelling career gave Nathan the opportunity to travel and live across cultures, shaping his ability to adapt ideas and teaching methods to different people and environments. With more than six years of experience as a personal trainer, hundreds of hours teaching yoga and extensive experience leading mindful cooking workshops, he combines hands-on delivery with a builder's mindset. Through Living with Mindfulness, he develops the programmes, products and practical systems that help individuals and organisations turn holistic health principles into lasting change.
